We are keen to speak with experienced PA's/ EA's who are immediately available and who can travel to West London 4 days each week/ 1 day remote based.

Suitable candidates will possess solid Senior level support experience- ideally within Media/ Sales/ Entertainment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Your priority will be to provide key administrative and general support to the Commercial Leads and Senior Management Team. You may also be required to support the additional Senior Management team members.
  • Duties will include diary management, meeting minutes and agendas, travel arrangements, document management, processing expenses, meeting arrangements with relevant IT support.
  • Provide administrative support for creating and collating final tender, presentation and pitch documents (inc. proof reading, research and ordering necessary materials).
  • You will be required to implement administrative systems and processes to support the smooth running of the business.
  • Managing and updating regular meeting agendas and reports.
  • Responsible for maintaining key departmental administrative documents (e.g. Health & Safety & other Training records).
  • Be a key point of contact for any general enquires from both internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Providing cover where required and working closely with other EA's
  • Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Must have undertaken similar roles in fast paced, high growth business before
  • Previous experience as an EA/PA is required
  • Driving administrative processes
  • Must have handled confidential information before while exercising discretion
  • Must have developed the knowledge and experience of managing and processing invoices, and other common corporate processes
  • Strong working IT skills

Skills and Abilities

  • Organisational skills which enable the individual to prioritise a varied work-load. Priorities will often change to dictate focus of work - the candidate must have the ability to handle competing demands and last-minute changes effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task, mange time effectively and prioritise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - there will be regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Calm and professional manner when working under pressure

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

The role is due to start ASAP, for a duration of 2-3 months with possibility of extension.
