Currently working with a reputable creative content agency, seeking two talented Editors (one contract role and one perm role available) who live and breathe social content!
Working in this fast-paced agency, you'll take ownership of the edit process from concept through to final delivery. You'll be comfortable reviewing large volumes of footage, crafting compelling narratives, and elevating every project through thoughtful creative choices.
To succeed in this role, you will be creatively curious, have your finger on the pulse of what's trending (at all times), and demonstrate a genuine passion for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality video edits aligned with briefs, brand guidelines, and client expectations
Editing and assembling raw footage into polished short and long-form content
Maintaining strong narrative flow, continuity, pacing, and visual engagement
Managing and organising large volumes of footage and assets
Handling sound design and colour correction/grading across relevant projects
Collaborating effectively across teams: creative, production, accounts, and studio
Supporting workflow development, including working with freelancers
Mentoring / skill-sharing with junior team members
Assist with scoping projects and providing realistic time estimates
Key Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years' experience editing content for brands (agency or editorial environment preferred)
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Adobe Audition
High-level competency in colour grading
Strong sound design experience
Moderate knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics
Solid understanding of professional production workflows
A genuine interest in trends, technology, and innovation in editing
