Are you a creative, commercially-minded content producer with a passion for live events, home design, and lifestyle experiences? We're looking for a proactive and experienced Content Producer to lead the planning and execution of content for a large-scale consumer event, delivering engaging, interactive, and revenue-generating experiences for a diverse audience.

In this role, you'll oversee all content-related aspects of the event-from stage programming and workshops to talent management, scheduling, and partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the creative vision and enhance the visitor journey through innovative content.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the event director to develop and implement a content plan that elevates the overall visitor experience.
  • Feature & Stage Management: Curate and oversee stage presentations, wine trails, workshops, live entertainment, and interactive features.
  • Talent Booking & Management: Source and manage speakers, entertainers, and presenters, ensuring alignment with event goals.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed content schedules to ensure seamless execution.
  • Commercial Partnerships: Identify and secure partnerships and sponsorships that generate revenue and add value to the content offering.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and sponsorship teams to promote and deliver content effectively.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage content budgets, delivering creative experiences within financial parameters.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all content meets high standards of accuracy, engagement, and brand consistency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-5 years' experience in content production, event management, or a similar role, ideally in the events or exhibitions sector.
  • Proven track record of creating content strategies and securing sponsorship or commercial partnerships.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong interest in lifestyle, interiors, and consumer engagement.
  • Budget management experience is essential.
