Are you detail-obsessed, highly organised and confident working with data in a fast-paced environment? A leading brand in the beauty industry is seeking a proactive Data Administrator to support their National Accounts team and drive excellence in retail performance.

As a Data Administrator, you'll be at the heart of commercial operations- turning numbers into insights and ensuring accurate, efficient processes across product launches, sales tracking and inventory management.



Responsibilities:



Data & Performance Management

  • Prepare and collate weekly sales reports, sharing insights into retail performance, category trends, and individual store results.

  • Track and help optimise net sales through accurate data handling and close collaboration with the Customer Supply Chain team.

  • Monitor retailer inventory and ensure 100% on-shelf availability by liaising with supply chain partners and regional stock managers.

  • Complete new line forms to support new product development launches.

  • Handle adhoc reporting and data analysis to support wider business needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Retail team to implement trading plans using field feedback and insight.

  • Act as the key contact within the commercial team for stock and allocation data queries from customer supply chain teams and operational functions.



Skills Required:

  • Strong working proficiency in Excel (advanced)

  • Highly methodical

  • Strong numerical and analytically minded

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communicator

  • Proactive and results-driven

This is a temporary role for 4-6 weeks, with the potential to extend. The role is London-based with hybrid working, and due to the immediate start, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate proven experience in a similar environment.
