Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership - Music / Ticketing / VIP Liaison
Salary: DOE
Start: ASAP
Handle are thrilled to be partnering with a leading global entertainment company to source a top-tier Executive Assistant to join the team.
If you're the person everyone relies on to make things happen, keep people organised, and bring calm to chaos, this could be the role for you. We're looking for someone who's brilliantly organised, switched-on, proactive, and unflappable.
You'll be supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days look the same. Some days you'll be planning travel across multiple time zones, other days you'll be running team meetings or helping to bring major company events to life. Whatever's on your list, you'll approach it with care, focus, and a genuine sense of pride in getting it right.
What you'll be doing
- Owning complex diary management and ensuring every meeting, call, and deadline runs smoothly
- Managing inboxes and staying on top of priorities, follow-ups, and next steps
- Organising domestic and international travel and creating clear, seamless itineraries
- Coordinating meetings and team sessions, from agendas to action points
- Helping to plan and deliver internal events and leadership gatherings
- Working closely with other EAs to manage guest lists, invitations, and logistics for high-profile company events
- Preparing presentations, reports, and documents to help senior leaders make confident decisions
- Supporting visiting executives from international offices and occasionally attending events to help host clients
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives
- A background in music or entertainment, with experience in ticketing and VIP liaison
- Confidence managing schedules across time zones
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset that keeps things moving
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
- A flexible, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to make things better
