Based in West London, this company are a well-known, fast paced business who are looking for an immediately available Finance Assistant to support the team with accurate invoice processing and providing faultless service to suppliers.
The Role
- Timely invoice processing and reconciliation using SAP
- Managing supplier database, resolving and escalating queries effectively all to maintain excellent supplier relations
- Assisting with payment runs and forecasting
- Assisting with month end close
- Assisting with petty cash and expenses
The Candidate
- 1-2 years experience working with in finance
- Previous knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Passion for Television and the industry
