We're looking for an accurate and detail-focused finance data entry temp to join a leading entertainment brand for a September start. This is an ongoing temp role focused on inputting historical royalty data into Salesforce, with some use of OCR tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input historical royalty data into Salesforce & Excel

  • Use OCR software (e.g. ABBYY FineReader) to extract data from statements

  • Reconcile data from multiple sources

  • Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information

  • Track and organise progress of completed work

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accurate data entry and working with financial data

  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, filters, sorting)

  • Familiarity with royalty accounting

  • Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data

  • Experience using OCR tools like ABBYY FineReader

  • Previous use of Salesforce or similar systems
