Finance Manager - Creative Agency

Global creative marketing agency are looking for a strong Finance Manager to Manage the accounts for several small businesses and supervise a small team.

This broad role will involve the following:

  • Manage cashflow on a daily basis and rolling three month forecast

  • Intercompany reconciliation and reporting on group subsidiaries

  • Review balance sheet and problem solve any issues

  • Acquisition accounting when necessary

  • Group consolidation reporting

  • Additional Ad hoc reporting projects

  • Prepare P11Ds & PSA Schedule for the Accountants and set up HMRC payments

  • Supervise and manage the weekly client invoicing.

  • Own the audit process, working with external auditors

  • Ensure year end accounts are compliant

  • Review and prep the statutory accounts

  • Management of the weekly supplier payments and cash flow forecast and control.

  • Manage Pipeline and tracking meetings - revenue forecast

  • Identify areas of improvement and implement robust processes.

  • Cross-department collaboration inclusive of attending and speaking in business meetings

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Fully/partially qualified CIMA, ACCA, or AAT with a track record of delivering monthly reporting.

  • A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in management accounting.

  • Experience in supporting UK legal entities, knowledge of HMRC VAT submissions, and audit requirements.

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Excellent communication and written skills in English.

  • Driven to support and implement continuous improvement to processes
