We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join vibrant Entertainment business based in the heart of London on a permanent basis. A successful candidate needs to be qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and ideally have strong background within the media and entertainment sector.

We are looking for a vibrant individual to be able to get stuck in with a fantastic can do attitude, alongside excellent organisation and time management with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast moving environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

  • Manage all day-to-day finance operations

  • Design and improve financial processes that support the businesses growth as we continue to scale

  • month end process - journals, and bank reconciliations

  • Ensure all music event P&L costs are within legal contracts, and liaise any discrepancies

  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including events deposits, and fixed asset register

  • Process people changes to the payroll provider

  • Provide an updated cash flow report on a weekly basis

  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns

SKILLS:

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Excellent time management.

  • Possess excellent core accounting skills

  • Experience within the entertainment industry

  • A credible, trusted individual who can work well independently, and keen to get

  • Experience using an accounting system, with strong IT skills; particularly MS Excel

  • Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
