An amazing opportunity has come up for an ambitious Financial Controller within television for an initial 6 months contract. This role could easily go permanent during or at the end of the assignment. The FC will manage the financial structures, reporting mechanisms and day to day, monthly and annual financial activities for the Company reporting into the FD.
Key responsibilities include:
- Annual Budgeting and strategic planning; Monthly forecasting
- Submission of the annual business plan in collaboration with the management team
- Overseeing and reporting on the Monthly Management Accounts
- Financial Analysis and strategic reporting and commentary
- Budgeting, forecasting and monitoring performance of Television and Creative Studio projects as necessary
- Cash flow projection forecasting
The successful candidate will be qualified accountant with ideally proven experience within the media/creative industries
