A pivotal senior marketing position has just become available with one of the UK's most exciting running brands! The business is in a very exciting place right now and having just secured another round of investment, they're now looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to help shape the brand's identity & position them as the number one running brand!
The role
- Leading the core functions of brand marketing - social content, podcast, events, and marketing collateral.
- Spearhead the social media content strategy, and the team, to maintain and grow the social media presence
- Identify a deep understanding of both the customer base and market competitors, through in-depth analysis and gathering market insights
- Define and input brand strategy, copy and creative look and feel to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
- Development of new ideas and an openness to experimenting with new approaches, utilising brand ambassadors, influencers and partners.
- Management and development of the marketing & content team
The ideal candidate
- Demonstrable experience in a similar level brand marketing focused role, within a running, fitness, or wellness focused business
- A deep understanding of the fitness landscape and an ability to tap into trends, whilst assessing the best way to make the business stand out in a noisy market.
- Strong team leadership experience, with a passion for getting stuck in whilst also steering the team towards the longer-term goals!
