Handle are exciting to be working with a fast growth tech PR agency who are heading into their next growth phase and projected to be c 75 employees next year. They are looking to bring on their first Head of HR to be the expert in HR, Talent and Culture, ideally someone incredibly passionate and driven.

You will own the people and talent side of the function and your role will have a big focus on the value add projects around engagement, growth, culture, talent development. This is the perfect role for someone looking for a blank canvas with the enormous opportunity to put your stamp on the HR strategy and ways of working.

Your main focus will be to build the strategy and play a key role in developing everything from day to day processes to culture projects, as well as evolving the HR team in line with the company's growth plans.

This is an incredibly fast-moving environment with ever-changing focuses and last minute decisions so taking this in your stride is paramount. Having the ability and confidence to present your own ideas to the CEO and the gravitas to work with the business to drive these initiatives is an exciting aspect of this role. You will focus not only on the HR strategy but also being the driving force in maintaining a collaborative culture, highlighting rising stars in the business and developing existing talent.

This role will be a true mix of strategy and hands-on work, there is so much exciting project work to lead on and initiatives to drive so coming with your own ideas and being adaptable will be vital.
