Do you thrive in a lively, fast-paced office environment? Enjoy being helpful, staying active, and connecting with people throughout your day? We're looking for an Office Support Assistant to join the vibrant and social workplace of one of our clients in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unpack daily deliveries (milk, snacks, cleaning supplies, etc.)
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of coffee machines
  • Stock and replenish office refreshments - including fizzy drinks, snacks, and fruit
  • Support the general cleanliness and presentation of the office
  • Load and unload dishwashers as needed
  • Ensure bathrooms are clean and well-maintained
  • Remove bin bags and dispose of waste in line with recycling policies
  • Set up meeting rooms with beverages (tea, coffee, water)
  • Assist with internal office event setups

Key Requirements:

  • Available to start immediately
  • Previous hospitality or similar experience
  • Friendly, sociable, and approachable - you'll be a visible and valued presence in the office
  • Hands-on and proactive, with the ability to use your initiative throughout the day
  • Take pride in keeping shared spaces clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Happy to pitch in wherever needed to support the team

This is a 3-month temporary role, based on site at their London office from 8am to 5pm.
