Key Duties:
- Onboarding to offboarding - R2W checks, creating and issuing contracts, welcoming new starters
- Championing their freelancer software 'E-tribez' and welcoming freelancers into the business
- ER - supporting the Head of HR on cases, leading low-level issues, and helping to create/ update policies and handbooks.
- DEI - big focus on bringing in more DEI policies and initiatives alongside the Head of HR.
- Support admin across benefits, payroll, L&D etc. A general support across the business where needed!
The ideal candidate will have solid foundation in HR - ideally in a creative, fast paced environment with a freelance population . You will be comfortable working at volume and pace and be confident in building relationships across the business. Attention to detail is key!
Working Model: Hybrid - 4 days in the office with 1 day WFH (the production teams are in 5 days). There will be days where you are the first point of contact for anything that crops up, so you will have a lot of autonomy.
