A creative agency is looking for a HR & Office Lead to join their London studio and support the people function.
This role blends office management and HR coordination, split roughly 30/70, reporting into the UK HR Director. You'll be the go-to person in the office, keeping the studio running smoothly, welcoming everyone, and ensuring it reflects the agency's culture. This includes managing suppliers, keeping the space organised, supporting events and socials, and making sure every new starter has a great first experience.
On the HR side, you'll support the HR Director with day-to-day coordination, including onboarding and offboarding, HR systems, right-to-work checks, probation, absence and holiday tracking, freelance and FTC paperwork (including IR35), coordinating learning initiatives, and acting as the first point of contact for people queries. You'll also support recruitment by scheduling interviews and keeping processes on track.
This isn't an entry-level role. They're looking for someone with prior experience in office/people coordination, ideally in an agency environment, who can hit the ground running. The studio is based in Central London, with in-office days Monday to Thursday and Fridays from home.
