A leading creative studio at the forefront of live entertainment design is on the lookout for a hands-on HR & Operations Manager to join their tight-knit team in London. With a track record of high-profile projects, this is a chance to join a company where creativity, innovation, and collaboration thrive.

  • This newly created role will be key in developing the HR side of the business while also supporting general operations across the studio. You'll be joining a small perm team and supporting their fluctuating freelancer headcount with scheduling, onboarding admin, and everyday operational needs. There's plenty of room to take ownership of longer-term projects too - from creating a company handbook to implementing new policies and launching internal culture and wellbeing initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a similarly creative, fast-paced environment - most likely a small agency or studio where you've had to be hands-on and adaptable. Perhaps you started in a general ops role and gradually took on more HR responsibilities, or maybe you've studied for your CIPD and are now looking for a role where you can shape something from scratch. Either way, you'll need to be comfortable with the blend of people-focused and operational work, with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and hit the ground running.

There's a strong appetite across the studio to build a people-first culture, and this is a chance to make a real impact.

If this sounds like the next move for you, please apply now to hear more!
