I am working with a leading Talent Management/TV Production business who are looking for a proactive HR & Talent Manager to support the team and lead on all talent for the business as well as work closely with the HR Admin Manager on generalist HR duties. This is a newly created role as the company is growing!

To help them achieve their talent ambitions, the new role of HR & Talent Manager will support delivery of their resourcing and HR objectives. This role will have accountability for recruitment across all business divisions and work alongside the HR Administration Manager on all HR related matters, including staff training, D&I initiatives, employee relations & development.

This role will report into the Global Director of Ops & HR and you will work alongside the HR Admin Manager as well as an HR Office Manager based in the US.

You will lead on all recruitment and talent management for the business and work on global processes across HR & Talent as well as have the opportunity to work on some really exciting projects!

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and have strong stakeholder management skills. You will also have experience in HR processes, CIPD qualification advantageous and employment law knowledge and ability to draft and review HR policies.

You will be able to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into any given task. They work very collaboratively and interchangeable - supporting/covering each other as and when needed.
