Handle are partnering with an iconic media brand looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12m FTC.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the finance arm of this global business c. 140 employees - having recently gone through a big transformation programme this is an exciting time to join as the new structure goes live soon! The main bulk of your day-to-day will be built around relationship building with stakeholders and offering dedicated support to the team, whilst managing adhoc projects.
As this role supports a niche area, the ideal candidate will have partnered with either a finance team or corporate function within a high change, matrix/ global structure. You will also have a flexible approach and be able to work 'in the grey' to help deliver consistently through a challenging time!
