Are you a proactive HR Business Partner looking for your next opportunity in the Creative Industry?

Handle are working with a leading Creative organisation who are looking for a maternity cover until the end of April 2023 for one of their HR Business Partners within their People and Development Team.

Reporting into the Director of HR, and working alongside one other HR Business Partner you will act as an advisor to managers in the business; providing support and guidance through people processes and complex employee relations cases, ensuring these are delivered at high and best practice standards.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a small and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering a progressive people agenda for the company.

They are a close knit, long standing team who work super collaboratively, the culture is super fun and has a real creative, family feel.

The ideal candidate will be a solid Generalist with at least 2 years' HR Manager/BP experience. This is a true generalist role in which you will get involved in everything - workload is split between the 2x HRBP's. They don't get a huge amount of ER (about 2 a year), however, they do get a few restructures/redundancies cases so experience and confident in managing these processes is key!

There is a lot of involvement with adding values e.g. mental health and wellbeing, D&I, training, workshops etc. They have a lot of autonomy there to implement new ideas and initiatives and take ownership of projects/areas.

If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!

Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
