Handle are working with an iconic FMCG lifestyle brand who are looking to hire a HR Data & Insights Specialist to support Europe, reporting into the HR Analytics Manager.

This company are leaders in their field, but are far from a traditional corporate company. They have a growth mindset, with an informal and relaxed culture that places people at the centre of the business. As a result, they are not afraid to reward their employees, with up to a 20% performance based bonus and private health-care among other benefits.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing insights to help shape the HR strategy across Europe. You will work closely with HR teams to manage reporting, KPI's, data quality initiatives and integrated planning. You will train and coach team members on KPI definitions, dashboards and cost planning, and enable stakeholders to make decisions based on data.

You will often be working independently, so will need to be motivated and pro-active in finding opportunities. There is a client facing element to the role, supporting HR stakeholders, so a confident and personable demeanor is essential, with the ability to adapt to different working styles with teams across Europe. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a HR data & insights role previously, and be numerical, strategic in their thinking and passionate about reporting. Experience with SAP is essential and any other systems (BI, Workday, SuccessFactors) is advantageous. European languages are a bonus but not essential!

Th business operate with a flat structure. Based in Covent Garden, they work with a hybrid model, either 3 or 4 days in the office, with flexible working hours.

If this sounds like the role for you, please apply now!
