We are working with this amazing Creative Agency on a brilliant 8-month FTC role for a driven HR Data Lead (HRIS Manager). This is a prime time to join a genuinely exciting, ambitious forward-thinking business whilst they continue their growth.
This new role will play an integral part in the success of the business, joining a collaborative HR Ops team, your role will focus on establishing data audits and governance processes, creating data standards and overseeing a team of data analyst.
Building great relationships with the People, Talent, and IT teams, you'll ensure the systems are providing the most effective data and reporting in line with business needs.
The success of this role will be defined by how you are able to relate this information to leadership as they build a forward-thinking HR strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance, validation, and compliance of HR data, implementing data governance practices, and supporting data-related initiatives to enhance overall data quality.
You will be familiar with HRIS systems and their functionalities (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM).
You will have a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements in the context of HR data and have an analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
