Are you an immediately available experienced HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner?
Handle are excited to be working with a highly successful Global Music company who are looking for a strong HR Generalist to join their team on an initial 6 month FTC basis with potential to go perm. If you are immediately available or finishing a role in the next 1-2 weeks then this could be a great next move for you.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Partner with senior HR business partner
- Promote and engage in well-being and diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Manage all employee relation cases from initial advice through to completion
- Working in collaboration with the recruitment team to support recruitment of roles
- Support the roll-out of other People & Culture initiatives
- Use data and insights to influence and support business decisions and changes
- Research projects for the wider team
The successful candidate will be used to working in a fast paced HR department with stakeholders across multiple business units. You will be able to manage a heavy workload and be self-motivated with excellent communication skills
