Are you an immediately available HR Generalist looking for a contract role? Do you have a broad generalist skill set gained within media, digital or creative environments?

Handle are excited to be working with this media production company, looking for an HR Manager to join for a 9-month maternity cover role to start ASAP!

We are looking to find a multi-skilled and hands-on standalone HR Manager to support c70 people across UK, reporting directly into the CFO and working closely with the CEO.

It's a really fast-paced and creative environment, and with the support of the team, the role will look after the full employee life-cycle, from HR policies, best practise, talent management and recruitment, employee relations, benefits and payroll process through to strategic project work.

There is also an external HR Consultant and Lawyer to support as and when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on and working autonomously.

The culture is collaborative, passionate and dynamic and the senior leadership team are supportive and great to work with!

You'll have a flexible and pragmatic approach and be able to work at a senior level whilst also rolling up your sleeves and doing more of the hands-on tasks!
