Handle is partnering with a highly creative SME brand of around 40 people to find a Part-Time People & Culture Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an evolving HR function within a business that has grown organically, with a leadership team that genuinely values culture, DEI, and employee wellbeing. We placed their first in-house HR hire last year, and they've made great progress implementing new processes and building a strong foundation.
The role is very much a hands-on generalist position, ideal for someone with experience in sme creative, media, or agency environments. You'll be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, managing the HRIS (HiBob), providing support and coaching to managers, and continuing to deliver on existing people projects. You'll also be the main point of contact for employees and will work closely with the MD and leadership team to maintain and build on the strong people-first culture in place.
This is a part-time opportunity, ideally 2 to 3 days a week to start in July, and the business offers a hybrid working model. However, they would love someone who can be a regular presence in the Central London office and play an active role in the team.
This role paying up to £50k FTE.
