Handle are working with an iconic fashion brand looking to bring a HR Officer to their team on an initial 12m FTC, with view to be extended.
The role is very generalist as the team have a collaborative approach - everyone supports across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding etc. Day to day you will be doing everything from ER and manager support to payroll. There is also a lot of project work around wellbeing and benefits - so will suit somebody who is interested in these areas. They have some manual processes so you will need to be a strong excel user and have an eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar industry or thrive in a fast paced environment. You will have strong Employment Law knowledge and be comfortable managing cases end-to-end. You'll also have resilience and enjoy working with the stakeholders to find solutions. An interest in fashion would also be ideal!
