Exciting opportunity for an experienced People Ops Specialist to join this iconic creative company at a pivotal time for their business.
This newly created role will require you to take ownership across the growing EMEA and APAC region, which includes 17 different locations and approximately 1000 employees. You will work alongside a global team, manage and grow a team of 2, and collaborate with HRD and business leaders to optimise people processes and work on exciting strategic projects related to the employment lifecycle.
They want this person to look at how best to utilise Workday alongside looking at their current processes, comp & bens, rewards payroll - everything ops focused!
You'll be expected to implement new processes and improve existing ones. The right person will thrive in an ambiguous, fast moving creative environment, be an amazing problem solver, and a systems and data guru!
Key must haves…
EMEA and APAC experience - used to navigating in similar global, matrix structures.
Leadership level HR Operations exposure
HRIS Workday implementation experience
Governance and compliance expertise
High level problem solving and prioritisation skills
