Interim FP&A Manager needed for a hugely popular media brand! This is a 3-month position, managing one Junior Analyst. Working closely with the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be tasked with delivering accurate budgets/forecasts and looking after the regional department costs.

Key responsibilities include -
- Analyse key business information to identify high level trends and issues
- Contribute to projects beyond the finance function using professional expertise to support, advise and guide others as part of cross-functional project teams
- Manage end-to-end processes within a full planning cycle (e.g. forecasting, AOP, reporting, close etc.) to ensure the effective financial management of the business area
- Manage complex projects beyond the immediate scope of the role to deliver improved business processes or systems with a business area
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders to provide guidance and influence their thinking around future business direction
- Manage the analyst and intern to ensure effective accurate and timely delivery of financial processes around the key cycles of Budget, Forecast and close.
Candidate requirements -
- Qualified Accountant - ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent
- Must have managed a team showing evidence of developing and supporting them
- Have worked in a similar FP&A position within another large media brand
- Proven track record of influence, persuasion and engaging communication at all levels of the organisation
- Experience of supporting commercial management to a high standard and working with the Regional Finance and Commercial head office.
- Numerate and analytical with a desire to think through and not only resolve problems
