Handle are working with an unique and exciting start-up entertainment business looking to engage with a HR Consultant.
Currently around 6 employees, once the organisation is up and running it will be around 50 people with up to 150 including temporary workforce. Joining at a very early stage of the businesses, the consultant will play a key role in setting them up for success from a people and culture perspective - working closely with the business leadership to leave a fit for purpose HR operation to be handed over to perm HR hire.
The consultant will bring strong experience of building a HR function and the implementation of key policies and procedures. Initial focus will on the introduction of employee benefits including pension/handbooks/payroll providers. This person will also play a fundamental role shaping the new permanent HR Manager role and the recruitment process.
Ideal candidates will be an experienced interim consultant who has worked in the entertainment/ events industry
This will be a day rate project role, likely 3 days a wk initially for around 3 months. Potentially the person would remain a contact of the business to work on ad-hoc projects or advise on complex People issues.
