A well known global retail brand are on the lookout for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their busy team, starting immediately. They are currently operating a hybrid working model and offer a vibrant working space and a collaborative environment. They are looking for a self starter, someone with excellent communication skills who is happy to get stuck in to a fast paced role.
- Processing global payroll
- Payroll reporting
- Manage the administration of payroll and benefits
- Input starters and leavers
- Supporting wider team as required
- A solid and significant payroll background with an excellent knowledge of UK and US payroll legislation
- Good working knowledge of payroll processes and policies
- Previous experience using Cascade or other HR software
- Expert Excel user with excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to International markets would be great! And if you've worked in retail then even better!
