A well known global retail brand are on the lookout for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their busy team, starting immediately. They are currently operating a hybrid working model and offer a vibrant working space and a collaborative environment. They are looking for a self starter, someone with excellent communication skills who is happy to get stuck in to a fast paced role.
Duties:
Processing global payroll
Payroll reporting
Manage the administration of payroll and benefits
Input starters and leavers
Supporting wider team as required
Essential requirements:
A solid and significant payroll background with an excellent knowledge of UK and US payroll legislation
Good working knowledge of payroll processes and policies
Previous experience using Cascade or other HR software
Expert Excel user with excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exposure to International markets would be great! And if you've worked in retail then even better!
