Handle are working with a leading media business who are looking for a creative thinking, Reward specialist to join them on an interim basis.
They need someone to fully audit their approach to C&B, and make strategic recommendations to elevate their offering, defining and implementing their rewards strategy and ensuring they are competitive, fair and commercially sound.
They currently absorb all things reward into the wider team responsibilities, and recognise they need an expert in the field to elevate their offering.
It will be a broad remit, they have c700 employees over the UK and a diverse selection of brands, some legacy brands who operate with their own ways of working around bonus, pay reviews etc. Their aim is to create consistency and transparency across the wider business.
Ideal candidates will have experience working in a scrappy, media or creative sort of environment. Used to a fast paced, non-process driven way of working, you'll have strong stakeholder management and relationship business skills to allow you to navigate the business with ease.
They are open to meeting a range candidates, from part time consultants to candidates looking for a fixed term contract role - they can consider a day rate or salary and are open to discussion on what this looks like.
Could be an initial 3 month project through to longer term for someone who'd see the project through to delivery.
