Handle are working with a HealthTech business who are looking for a creative thinking, Reward specialist to join them on an interim basis.

They currently have around 80 people across the UK, Spain and US but they are looking to scale in the near future! They have got to the point in their growth that they are looking for someone to come in and re-evaluate their EVP - particularly in regards to their benefits and total reward offering. They need someone to fully audit their approach to Total Reward, and make strategic recommendations to elevate their offering, defining, and implementing their rewards strategy and ensuring they are competitive, fair, and commercially sound.

The ideal candidate will have global experience when it comes to Reward, and will be comfortable leading on a project this size end-to-end - particularly within a start-up/scaling or SME environment. Used to a fast paced, non-process driven way of working, you'll have strong stakeholder management and relationship business skills to allow you to navigate the business with ease.

They are open to meeting a range of candidates, from part time consultants to candidates looking for a fixed term contract role - they are open to discussion on what this looks like. Ideally looking at around £450/£500 day rate but again this can vary depending on experience.

Initially looking at a 3-month project, but may be extended if needed.
