Handle are currently working with one of the world's most popular entertainment brands who are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant! The successful candidate will support EMEA accounting and reporting across multiple business units, ensuring accurate reporting within US GAAP, balance sheet reconciliations, and consolidation activities.

Key responsibilities include -
- Assist the Studio Manager with quarterly accounts, coordinating schedules, reconciliations, and reporting packages for senior management review
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and maintain high service standards
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations for review
- Prepare financial reports, income statements, balance sheet flux analyses, and other schedules, for multiple stakeholders
- Prepare for and present at quarterly country close meetings for assigned territories
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and Disney Minimum Control Standards
- Produce timely business reports with clear commentary and variance follow-ups
Candidate requirements -
- Qualified and experienced Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in building relationships, both internally and externally
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written
- SAP experience is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills
