Great new International Campaign Manager (Music) temp role to start immediately on an initial temporary basis covering a period of leave. This role will be for an initial 4-month period.
This role focuses on marketing a roster of UK-signed artists across multiple international territories - previous experience in this area is essential.
In this role, you'll collaborate with UK labels and global affiliates to plan and deliver international artist marketing campaigns. You'll play a key role in creating innovative, high-impact campaigns that connect artists with audiences around the world.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across the UK label group and the Audience & Media Division (AMD), you'll help bring artists' music to new markets through strategic campaigns.
This position is paying up to £160 per day (dependent on experience).
You'll be joining a passionate, forward-thinking team, and your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supporting the full roster to identify artists with international growth potential and sharing insights with the Campaign Management team
Analysing regional music consumption trends to shape strategy and highlight opportunities for UK artists in developing markets
Developing and executing tailored market entry strategies for specific territories
Ensuring music, visuals and creative assets resonate culturally with audiences in key international markets
Contributing to the localisation of content and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with local languages and cultural nuances
Essential Requirements
Experience working at a major label outside the UK
Genuine passion for music with a positive, proactive attitude
Self-starter, highly motivated to plan and drive campaigns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of digital, social, and online marketing
Willing and able to travel as required
Collaborative team player with strong organisational and time management skills
Comfortable working under pressure with a busy, fast-moving roster
Solid knowledge of the global streaming market and current trends
Desirable Skills
Experience with budgeting and financial planning
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Previous experience working with UK labels
Familiarity with in-house systems (budgeting, invoicing, sales information tools)
Knowledge of brand partnerships, sync opportunities, and market collaborations
