We're recruiting a Store Manager on behalf of a Global Music Company redefining the intersection of music, culture, and retail
Opening this December in Camden, this isn't your average retail store. It's an immersive space blending music, entertainment, and culture - featuring exclusive artist merch, limited vinyl, street-wear, curated accessories, a coffee bar, live DJ sets, and a self-care corner. More than a shop, it's a full lifestyle experience.

As the Store Manager you will lead the team, drive performance, and ensures every touch-point reflects the brand values of creativity, music culture, and hospitality. You'll be a strategic operator and a people-first leader, making this experience unforgettable for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, team performance, and engagement.
- Hire, train, and motivate a team that embodies our music-driven concept.
- Serve as main contact for artists, partners, and internal teams.
- Deliver exceptional, VIP-level customer experiences.
- Manage KPIs, stock, and sales while protecting brand standards.
- Partner with head office on events, launches, and activations.
- Maintain compliance, safety, and Universal Music's premium standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven store manager experience (6 year's plus)
- Must have worked across creative lifestyle brands such as music, entertainment, and sports media.
- Experiential / concepts store experience would be a big advantage.
- Must have a passion for, interest in, and strong understanding of all thing's music.
- Strong leader who inspires diverse, creative teams.
- Skilled in managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced in VIP and premium customer service.
- Passionate about culture, music, and unforgettable experiences.
More Information
- Permanent
- £50,000-65,000 (Dependent on experience)
- 8 - 10% bonus (based on performance and sales results)
- 40 hours per week, working 10am - 7pm across a rotating roster.
- Rotating weekend shifts
- Start Dec 1st 2025
