We are seeking a skilled IT Support Assistant who is proactive and experienced ready to deliver high-quality support and service to users, both in-person and remotely. You'll play a critical role in providing seamless technical support, contributing to global technology projects, and ensuring tech environment runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for the service desk, delivering prompt and professional support.

  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance service delivery.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows, macOS, and common computing platforms, adhering to SLA guidelines.

  • Support project work within Global Technology, including software installations, updates, and hardware deployment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have prior experience in helpdesk/desktop support within a corporate environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe CC, and key operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
