Handle Recruitment is hiring a Junior Sales Associate to support the commercial growth of a global sports technology and media group that works with rights holders, broadcasters, and brands to deliver innovative commercial solutions across live sport.
Their virtual advertising platform is used by some of the biggest names in football and you'll be working closely with a senior sales team to identify new brand opportunities, support sales strategy, and help deliver revenue across a portfolio of high-profile football rights.
Your responsibilities will include:
Rapidly understand the virtual media sports rights market andthe brand's offering to be able to articulate available virtual inventory to the clients
Work closely with the virtual media Sales team to identify new brands in the market to attract investment for your assigned European football rights
Support the Head of Media & Sales in targeted sales strategy planning sessions
Develop client portfolio in regional territories and become a trusted contact for ongoing sports advertisement opportunities
Responsible for completing the sale of the brand's owned virtual media rights to achieve pre-agreed sales targets for each football season. The employment contract will include a commission element achieved on completed sales
Where required, undertake necessary sports industry and brand research - providing business research & insights to support the media & partnerships sales teams
Other ad-hoc project and client and brand analysis tasks as and when required
