Unique opportunity for an L&D Manager to join this transforming media brand in a newly created role, working as part of a collaborative HR function. This is an opportunity to help shape and design a whole learning proposition.

This role will own L&D, with stong focus on EDI, developing the core offering, overseeing and managing the learning lifecycle from onboarding through to performance management, management development, as well as soft skills. The role will be a blend of design and delivery. There's loads to get stuck into, and as the L&D piece is almost a blank canva, there will be opportunities to elevate the role.

Ideal candidates will have a highly consultative approach, you'll be able to get under the skin of the business, thrive working at pace, and be excited by the building aspect. They are looking for someone who is passionate about creating learning solutions for all people across diverse backgrounds, to ensure inclusivity in learning practices.

You will:
* bring prior experience working in a similarly busy, broad L&D remit in a media business
* be comfortable designing and delivering a range of L&D programs from entry level through to management
* will thrive working in an autonomous role and have the proactive approach to actively seek solutions
* promote EDI across the business

They have a hybrid working model of 3 office / 2 home. It's important you can commit to 3 days in the office, to truly integrate yourself into the teams you will be supporting.

Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
