An exciting opportunity for a progressive L&D Advisor to join a highly creative and passionate media brand on a 12-month maternity contract.
Joining an established L&D Team of 5, you will take responsibility for the professional development of approximately 500 employees across all levels.You should be passionate about creating training solutions that engage and retain key talent, and be able to assess the success of your programme using various reporting tools.
This position requires a balance of design, delivery and analytics. Your responsibilities will include conducting tailored training needs analysis, creating and delivering a bespoke L&D programme for your client group, designing and developing engaging content, facilitating and delivering workshops, programmes, and one-to-one coaching, as well as managing relationships with external providers.
Experience in the creative industry would be highly desirable as it suits the pace, communication style, and culture of this entrepreneurial and evolving industry.
To be successful in your application, you must either be available at short notice or coming to the end of another assignment, as this position is due to start in January.
