Handle Recruitment is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead strategic retail marketing campaigns for a leading global brand. You'll have the chance to craft and deliver multi-channel campaigns that directly influence the customer experience across online stores and physical retail locations, helping create that exceptional, personal touch customers expect.
*This a 12 month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in London*
In this role you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for seasonal and local campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Digital, PR, Legal, and Store Operations to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, from planning through to delivery, ensuring all initiatives are completed on time and to standard.
- Analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimise results.
- Drive creative and innovative marketing ideas to maximise traffic and engagement across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
To be successful, you will need:
- Extensive experience in omni-channel marketing, ideally within a multi-market environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital and outbound marketing channels, with proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data to evaluate campaign success.
- A track record of leading large-scale marketing initiatives with a focus on results.
