Handle Recruitment is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead strategic retail marketing campaigns for a leading global brand. You'll have the chance to craft and deliver multi-channel campaigns that directly influence the customer experience across online stores and physical retail locations, helping create that exceptional, personal touch customers expect.
*This a 12 month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in London*
In this role you will:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for seasonal and local campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Digital, PR, Legal, and Store Operations to deliver seamless campaigns.
Manage end-to-end campaign processes, from planning through to delivery, ensuring all initiatives are completed on time and to standard.
Analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimise results.
Drive creative and innovative marketing ideas to maximise traffic and engagement across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
To be successful, you will need:
Extensive experience in omni-channel marketing, ideally within a multi-market environment.
Strong knowledge of digital and outbound marketing channels, with proven ability to manage complex projects.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data to evaluate campaign success.
A track record of leading large-scale marketing initiatives with a focus on results.
