We're working with a global entertainment brand, seeking a B2B Marketing Co-Ordinator to join their team on a 9 month contract in their London office. Working across an exciting portfolio of franchises, this role is integral to bringing brands to life for advertising and media partners.
This opportunity is suitable for a highly organised, detail-driven, and creatively minded individual, keen to kick-start their career in Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of impactful B2B marketing initiatives, including screenings, experiential events, client gifting, and newsletters
Managing concept approvals for all screenings, activations, and gifting projects
Collaborating with Sales & Partnerships teams on pitch materials and NDAs
Overseeing the creation and distribution of monthly internal & external newsletters
Maintaining and updating advertising case studies and external-facing content
Managing the B2B inbox and providing day-to-day administrative support to marketing and UK sales teams
Owning purchase order and invoice processes for the B2B marketing function

Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
