Handle Recruitment is representing an iconic streetwear brand as it relaunches, seeking a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team and help shape the next chapter of the brand's story.

Our client started on a Portobello market stall in 1989 and quickly rose to prominence through British '90s rap and club culture, later becoming synonymous with the early 2000s grime scene. Recognised as the UK's first credible streetwear label, the brand fused subcultural aesthetics with bold, graphic-driven style. Early licensing in Japan (1991) and the US (1995) helped establish it as a global cult icon.
Now, in 2025, our client returns with a recalibrated vision through a new brand platform: City-to-City (C2C). Relaunching as a next-generation streetwear brand designed for today's dynamic marketplace, the brand is more international in both attitude and outlook-rooted in legacy but engineered for the present, setting the tempo for what's next.

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer & Talent Management
- Identify and engage streetwear influencers aligned with brand values, growing our friends and family network of cultural insiders.
- Manage influencer outreach, contracting, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate long-term brand ambassador relationships to drive advocacy.
Content & Campaigns
- Manage brand content initiatives across campaigns, social, and media.
- Collaborate with Producer & Product teams on campaign shoots (lookbook, lifestyle, ecommerce).
- Oversee production logistics for product shoots.
- Grow grassroots content creator network, tapping into emerging youth voices.
- Lead content planning and posting across social channels, ensuring frequency and on-brand tone.
Cultural Partnerships & Events
- Manage cultural partnerships, programs, and events.
- Plan and deliver pop-ups and experiential activations.
- Ensure all events and partnerships align with brand values and cultural impact.
Media & Outreach
- Manage product seeding programs for influencers, stylists, and media.
- Book and oversee OOH media campaigns (billboards, posters, transport).
- Develop strategic media partnerships to drive reach and awareness.
Project Management & Reporting
- Oversee marketing timelines, ensuring activities are delivered on schedule and budget.
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, and report to leadership.
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and vendors to secure high-quality output.
Role Expectations
- Familiar with leading streetwear and culture-driven brands such as Palace, Corteiz, Unknown, Stüssy, Supreme, etc.
- Deep passion for UK street culture and rap, with fluency across streetwear, sneaker culture, outerwear, and sportstyle.
- Strong connection to the streetwear ecosystem; understands codes, cues, and credibility drivers.
- Tapped into global youth culture and local manifestations.
- Aware of hype mechanics, trend cycles, drop culture, underground movements, and grassroots energy.
- Brings culturally sensitive, brand-relevant perspective to partnerships and tone of voice.
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years' experience in fashion, sportstyle, or youth culture marketing.
- Credible cultural awareness across UK and European streetwear scenes.
- Proven track record delivering influencer and social-led campaigns.
- Experience managing cultural partnerships, events, and media activations.
- Skilled in content creation workflows and social channel management.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
