Do you have a background in real estate, working with interior designers, architects, digital and graphic designers?
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join one of the UK's most creative innovative real estate companies. You will work within a creative and communications team, which will sit within both the commercial and the design platforms of the group.
The role encompasses strategically creating and delivering integrated marketing and promotional campaigns across the whole real estate group. Delivering marketing collateral, brand creation and implementation, development of digital assets and websites, event planning and management, agency management and the creation of digital media content and applications.
The role is based in London, but does involve travel to Manchester and Leeds on a monthly basis
Salary - £45,000-£50,000 DOE
Location - Central London
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Reporting in to the CEO
- Ability to create and manage content across all company platforms
- Copywriting and proof reading
- Graphic design management
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and basic design techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Basic understanding of website CMS and back-end management
You will have
- 5 years marketing and communications experience
- Creative brand creation and implementation across a range of platforms
- Creative and media agency management
- Delivery of events, exhibitions, product launches and/or marketing suites
- Budget and expenditure management
- Market research and competitor analysis
