A fantastic opportunity to join a global leader within media and entertainment! We are keen to speak with Buying/ Merchandising/Business graduates who are immediately available, and who possess a genuine interest in retail.

The role of Merchandising Admin Assistant (Intern), will involve working alongside the Trade Merchandising Assistant. Supporting with the planning and trading of the online Stores with specific accountabilities for the department's administrative processes within the site merchandising function.

You will learn how to effectively manage online merchandising administrative processes to achieve deadlines in the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in weekly team meeting to review trade and plan for the week ahead. Conduct publishing sweeps across the site to ensure product is on the site which has copy/images/translations
  • Compile lists under the guidance of the Assistant Site Merchandiser, which could be used for new pages on the site, to work with B&M to get the right products and information
  • Take part in site checks and work with the Site administrators to ensure pages are accurate when they stage on the site
  • Continuously review data categorisation ensuring accuracy to maximise customer experience and efficient website navigation
  • Support the assistant site merchandiser in the briefing process for Brand and Image to ensure all assets are available in a timely manner to fit the plans

  • Take ownership of your professional development through regular career conversations with your line manager and utilising all available learning resources

The skills you possess will include accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication and excellent presentation skills alongside an enthusiasm for online merchandising and knowledge and passion for the brand.
