PA to CEO (Fixed-Term Contract/Part Time)

4 days a week - Office Based

Handle Recruitment are looking to source a PA on a fixed-term basis, supporting the Literary Agent and CEO of one of the biggest literary and talent agencies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the heart of the literary world while providing efficient support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulous diary management, including scheduling meetings, briefings, and travel arrangements.
  • Field and manage calls, emails, and messages with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to the Books Department team, including handling client requests and enquiries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with literary clients and industry professionals.
  • Assist with promotional activities and maintain publication schedules for clients.
  • Process permission requests and manage digital content for client profiles and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong administrative skills with a practical and efficient approach.
  • Passion for books and a demonstrated editorial interest.
  • Collaborative mindset with a desire to work in a creative team environment.
  • Previous experience in publishing or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
