A fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly successful, global multifaceted creative organisation, who are keen to appoint a Senior Assistant ASAP for the duration of 13 months.

We are keen to hear from career Executive/ Personal Assistants, with recent experience supporting busy Executives within the creative industry. This position will cover maternity leave from mid-August through to September 2023.

Based in our client's stunning office, overlooking the heart of central London- the role will be based full time in the office.

Supporting the UK Finance Director, Head of Operations and Head of People, ensuring smooth day to day operations including diary, travel and day to day organisation. To manage internal communications, conferences, and events for the Business Services department, as well as support on various annual projects. Live and breathe the organisation's core values- working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver an annual people strategy across the department.

This role is best suited to a Senior PA/ EA, who is used to supporting multiple busy Executives, who can take autonomy of tasks and projects- ensuring the Execs feel fully supported/ acting as their gatekeeper as required, to ensure their time is utilised effectively across the business.
