A fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, award-winning digital marketing agency who collaborate with some of the biggest names in media & entertainment!

We are keen to speak with senior level career EAs, with 5 years+ experience supporting at C-suite level.

Suitable candidates will be happy to commit to the role on a part time basis (3 days per week). This will be a job share with another EA, and will require commitment to be in the office 2 days per week.

Responsibilities involved:

  • Full inbox management for two busy senior executives
  • Managing complex diaries; ensuring last minute changes to schedules/ conflicting priorities are managed efficiently
  • Liaison with senior stakeholders- forming effective, business relationships- acting as an extension of the Executives
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations & pitch decks
  • Coordinating events; liaison with suppliers; sourcing venues; negotiating costs
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper- handling all internal & external communications with tact, discretion and professionalism at all times
  • Managing front of house reception staff
  • Some private PA support on an ad-hoc basis (arranging trips/ holidays for the Executives & their families; booking appointments; some project work in relation to property portfolios)

Key skills required:

  • 5+ years experience supporting at C-suite level
  • Recent experience in marketing/ media industry
  • Happy to commit on a part time basis- 3 days per week
  • Skilled in managing complex, ever-changing diaries/ schedules
  • Experience in international travel management, working across varying time zones
