Are you an experienced HR Manager/HRBP who has worked in a creative fast paced environment? Have you worked within a standalone role or SME business?

I am working with a leading media business who are looking for a proactive Head of People to support the business of c. 70 on a part-time basis (2.5/3 days a week).

This is a standalone role, reporting into the CEO. You will provide comprehensive strategic and operational HR support to the whole organisation, engaging, advising, influencing the senior management team and providing innovative and solutions focused advice and input.

You will work as a trusted partner to develop people plans to support effective delivery across leadership, resourcing and recruitment, induction, personal and career development, diversity and inclusion, change management and employee relations and engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can work autonomously and have involvement in the new People Strategy which is due to be signed off by stakeholders in the next month. You will be motivated to set things up, understand how strategy is set up and be confident in working closely with the senior leadership team with credibility and gravitas.

D&I is a big focus for them and you will work closely with an external D&I consultant on this. Therefore, an appreciation/interest in this is key!

They currently have a junior HR intern who is fully remote and with the company until the end of July, you will directly manage/mentor this intern.

The ideal candidate will be an established HR Manager/HRBP who has worked in a creative fast paced environment. Standalone experience would be ideal but not a necessity. You will be both operationally and strategically strong and be able to demonstrate your involvement in working on strategy/with senior stakeholders.

If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
