An iconic hospitality brand are looking to bring an experienced part-time HR Business Partner to their team on a 13-month maternity cover (4 days per week).
The role will suit someone who enjoys a balance of strategic partnership and day-to-day delivery. You'll work closely with teams across the restaurant sites (and some of HQ), supporting managers through the full employee lifecycle and leading on key areas like engagement, performance, reward, and inclusion.
You'll be stepping into a hands-on and autonomous role within a collaborative People team, with a thorough handover built in to help you get settled. The business is values-led, people-first, and offers a fast-paced but genuinely supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be someone who's operated at HRBP or HR Manager level, with strong employment law knowledge and the confidence to coach, influence and build trust with managers. You'll need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up, managing ER cases, and driving forward people initiatives that have real impact.
The salary is £48,800 take home for 4 days (£61k FTE), with competitive benefits offered from day 1. They also offer hybrid working with 2 days spent in the office or on-site with teams and 2 days from home.
