We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist on behalf of a global entertainment company for a 3-6-month temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time work and who is available to start immediately.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:00am-3:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a professional, welcoming manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Respond to inquiries from the public, clients, and staff (in person, by phone, or by email).
Provide information about the organisation, its services, and contact details.
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
Manage outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Key Requirements
Previous reception or front-of-house experience within an office environment.
A background or interest in entertainment or media (preferred).
Immediate availability to start. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
