Job Title: Part-time Receptionist
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract for 2-3 months
Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (9 AM - 5 PM)

About the Role:
We are seeking an super organised and welcoming part-time Receptionist to join the team in the media and publishing industry on a 2/3-month FTC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a front-of-house role and is looking for a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
Manage incoming and outgoing post.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Assist with meeting room bookings and preparation.
Provide administrative support to the team as required.
Handle any visitor queries and requests with efficiency.
Perform other ad hoc duties to support the smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-of-house role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
